By using our applications (including Counter Tasbih Pro: Zikir App, RiseSocial: Profil Booster, and others), you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. This policy is effective as of February 2026.
1. Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. We want to inform you that we do not collect any personal data directly on our own private servers. All data processing is handled through secure Google infrastructure.
Personal Data: We do not store your private credentials. Any authentication is handled via Google Sign-In to ensure top-tier security.
Device Information: Our apps may collect non-sensitive info like device model and OS version to optimize performance.
Age and Parental Consent Signals (New Addition): In compliance with platform capabilities and local regulations (such as Texas SB 2420), our applications may receive non-personally identifiable age verification signals or parental consent tokens provided securely by the Google Play Store (e.g., via the Play Age Signals API). This information is processed locally or through Google infrastructure solely to determine appropriate content and feature restrictions based on the user's age category.
2. Third-Party Service Providers
Our applications integrate with various third-party services to provide core features, advertising, and database management. These providers have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We value your trust in providing us your personal information. For applications involving user accounts or sync features, we use Firebase Realtime Database to ensure your data is encrypted and stored using Google's world-class security protocols. Your passwords are never visible to us.
4. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, and the time and date of your use of the Service.
5. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
For users residing in jurisdictions with specific child safety and age verification mandates (such as the State of Texas under SB 2420), we rely on Google Play's built-in age verification framework to ensure minors receive appropriate protections, restrict access to age-restricted features, and verify parental consent where legally required.
6. U.S. State Privacy & Age Verification Compliance (New Section)
In accordance with the Texas App Store Accountability Act (Texas SB 2420) and other applicable United States regional privacy laws, Kaptech Dev ensures that apps distributed to users in these regions respect age-gating and child safety requirements. We utilize the Play Age Signals API to receive age classification signals directly from Google Play. This data is strictly used to fulfill our legal obligations, adapt application experiences for minor users, and enforce parental consent protocols as required by law. We do not sell, rent, or misuse this age data.

In compliance with Google Play's Data Safety policies (specifically for Counter Tasbih Pro: Zikir App and RiseSocial: Profil Booster), we provide a straightforward way for users to request the deletion of their accounts and associated data. You can request data deletion even if you have already uninstalled the app.
Data to be Deleted: Upon request, we will permanently delete your user profile, authentication records, and all application-specific data collected by Counter Tasbih Pro or RiseSocial stored in our Firebase database.
Retention Period: Once the request is verified, data deletion will be processed within 30 days. Some non-identifiable log data may be retained temporarily for security and debugging purposes as permitted by law.
Verification & Re-Registration: To verify if your deletion request has been completed, you may attempt to access the Login menu in the respective app. If the account has been successfully deleted, the system will no longer recognize your previous data and will treat the attempt as a new registration.
9. Child Safety Standards (CSAE & CSAM Policy)
In strict adherence to Google Play's Child Safety policies, Kaptech Dev is deeply committed to providing a safe digital ecosystem. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
CSAE & CSAM Definition:CSAE stands for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, which refers to the sexual abuse and exploitation of children, including content or behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children sexually. This encompasses grooming for sexual exploitation, sextortion against a child, sex trafficking of a child, or the creation and distribution of CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material). We strictly adhere to global norms for child safety in identifying such materials.
Zero Tolerance & Actions Taken: Our applications explicitly prohibit any content, behavior, or interactions involving CSAE and CSAM. Any user account suspected of such violations or attempting to transmit CSAM will be immediately restricted. All related data will be preserved and reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities (such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children - NCMEC) without warning. Appropriate actions up to the permanent deletion of offending accounts will be taken simultaneously.
Designated Point of Contact (POC): We have established a dedicated direct contact for handling all reports and legal inquiries related to CSAM, CSAE, and child endangerment laws compliance. Our POC is fully prepared to take immediate administrative actions against offenders, coordinate with authorities, and explain our abuse prevention practices.
